হাঁস একটি গৃহপালিত প্রাণী। হাসির অনেক ধরন আছে। এই জাতগুলির মধ্যে একটি হল চাইনিজ হাঁস। চিনাহাসের আরেক নাম মুসকোভি। চীনা হাঁস বছরে প্রায় 60-120টি সাদা ডিম পাড়ে। চাইনিজ হাঁস এবং এর ডিম খুবই জনপ্রিয়। বাণিজ্যিক হাঁস চাষে, চাইনিজ হাঁস অন্যতম সেরা ধারণা। বর্তমানে সারা বিশ্বে হাঁস পালন করা হয়। চীনা হাঁস পালনের পদ্ধতি নিম্নরূপ:

1. প্রথমে আপনাকে চাইনিজ হাঁসের বাচ্চা কিনতে হবে। আর হাঁসের বাচ্চা হতে হবে রোগমুক্ত ও সুস্থ।

2. তারপর অন্যান্য হাঁসের জাতের মতো চাইনিজ হাঁসের জন্য ঘর তৈরি করুন। কিন্তু চাইনিজ হাঁসের ঘর হতে হবে আরামদায়ক, পরিষ্কার এবং নিরাপদ। নইলে তাদের ভালো হবে না। প্রতিটি হাঁসের জন্য চার থেকে পাঁচ ফুট জায়গা যথেষ্ট।

3. হাঁসের জন্য খাবার ও পানির ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। চাইনিজ হাঁসের জন্য পুষ্টিকর এবং ভালো মানের খাদ্য প্রয়োজন। এটি এই ব্যবসার একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। তাই তাদের পুষ্টিকর খাবার খাওয়াতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজন মতো বিশুদ্ধ পানি দিতে হবে।

4. সঠিক যত্ন এবং পুষ্টিকর খাবারের সাথে, এই টিকটিকি সহজে বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং এর মাংস ডিম ফুটে 35 দিন পর্যন্ত খুব পুষ্টিকর থাকে। চায়না হাঁসের বাচ্চা 12 সপ্তাহে ভাল আকারের হাঁসের বাচ্চাতে পরিণত হয়। হাঁসকে সময়মতো টিকা দিতে হবে। এবং যে কোন পশুচিকিত্সকের সাথে ভাল সম্পর্ক রাখুন। তাহলে সময়মতো বাজারে নিয়ে ভালো দামে বিক্রি করা সম্ভব।
