বেইজিং হাঁস হল হাঁসের আরেকটি জাত। চীনের রাজধানীর নামানুসারে বেইজিং হাঁসের নামকরণ করা হয়েছে। এসব হাঁস পালনের জন্য সবচেয়ে উপযুক্ত দেশ বাংলাদেশ। বাংলাদেশের জলবায়ু এই হাঁস পালনের জন্য খুবই উপকারী। প্রজনন হাঁস তিনটি উপায়ে পালন করা যেতে পারে:

1. আবদ্ধ পদ্ধতি
2. বন্ধ এবং আংশিকভাবে খোলা সিস্টেম
3. খোলা পদ্ধতি

পিকিং হাঁস দেখতে সাধারণ হাঁসের মতোই। তবে এই জাতের পা লালচে এবং ধূসর হলুদ-লাল। এই হাঁসের গায়ের রং ফ্যাকাশে সাদা এবং চঞ্চু হলুদ। আমরা যেভাবে বেইজিং হাঁস পালন করি:

1. প্রথমত, উপরের কাঠামো অনুযায়ী বেইজিং হাঁসের বাচ্চা কেনা উচিত। আপনি যদি বেইজিং হাঁসের প্রজনন করতে চান তবে আপনাকে অবশ্যই এক মাস বয়সী ছানা দিয়ে শুরু করতে হবে।

3. বেইজিং হাঁসের জন্য আলাদা খাবার সরবরাহ করার প্রয়োজন নেই। কারণ এই ধরনের প্রজাতি শামুক, স্লাগ, পাতা, শেওলা, পোকামাকড় খায়।

4. হাঁসকে সুস্থ ও রোগমুক্ত রাখার জন্য ভ্যাকসিন দেওয়া যেতে পারে। এবং প্রতি চার মাস পর পর ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী টিকা দিতে হবে। তাই উপরের বিষয়গুলো থেকে পিকিং হাঁস পালন সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা নেওয়া যেতে পারে।
